NEW PRODUCT PRESS RELEASE:
 VersaLoc™ is JRB's Latest Innovation in Quick Couplers for Excavators.
JRB, a member of the Paladin Heavy Construction Group and recognized as the leader in construction equipment attachments, announces the release of its new and innovative quick coupler for the excavator market.
VersaLoc incorporates a new concept in quick couplers that was designed to increase both productivity and safety over that of the competitors. From a productivity point of view, the new VersaLoc features the ability to handle multi-pin spreads as well as various pin diameters. This gives the customer the versatility to change out a large variety of attachments in seconds, without leaving the cab. Additionally, VersaLoc was designed to compensate traditional force loss by creating a lower offset. This repositioned offset improves machine performance and results in better breakout force. To ensure maximum machine performance, VersaLoc is designed with weight reduction in mind. This reduced weight allows for more force being available to the attachment.
When it comes to improved safety benefits, VersaLoc out performs the competition. From a component point of view, VersaLoc has a pilot operated check valve to assure the cylinder is locked in the case of hydraulic pressure loss. Additionally, VersaLoc features a patent pending detent lock on the stick pin that retains the attachment.
Additional safety features include: Slide wedge is retained on both sides of the pin. Mechanical lock arms prevent the wedge from accidentally being retracted. And finally, from the cab, the operator has both visual locking confirmation as well as a fail-safe release procedure that requires the operator to engage the release button for 2 seconds while automatically sounding an audible alarm.
VersaLoc is available for class 25,35, 45-55, 70 and 100 applications. Hook widths range from 9.75" for class 25 to 17.18" for class 100. Pin spreads range from 13.7" – 16.6" for class 25 to 22.4" to 24.9" for class 100. And finally, VersaLoc accommodates a pin diameter from 60 mm to 110mm. Please consult factory for other sizes.

JRB Multi Pick-Up Coupler ISO/416
 The Multi Pick-Up Coupler was designed specifically to pick up and work with attachments such as JRB 416, JRB ISO, John Deere 416, John Deere Hi-Viz, Volvo, JCB and other ISO attachments in front end wheel loader applications. The new design provides quick coupling capabilities which allow you to switch attachments in the shortest amount of time while providing maximum safety.
For versatility, the Multi Pick-Up Coupler utilizes a 2-cylinder design that accommodates any number of “quick hitch” style attachments. In a matter of seconds, an operator can switch from a bucket to a boom, forklift, broom or other attachment without leaving the cab or require the assistance of additional personnel. This means more productivity, less downtime and greater job efficiency which translates to improved profitability. The Multi Pick-Up Coupler is designed to maximize load transfer and help maintain machine performance. This lower offset improves performance and results in reduced breakout force. JRB’s coupler incorporates a lock-out feature that prevents the cylinders from retracting without operator intervention.
